Talent Acquisition Executive – Saudization

Role Purpose:

Responsible for developing the talent acquisition strategy for the group, and identifying and implementing talent acquisition best practices on all levels. Ensure talent acquisition initiatives are in line with business requirements and are dealt with in an efficient manner.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Implement hiring strategies and processes to fill vacancies with the right talent in required deadlines
  • Create and manage job postings on different recruitment sources such as online job sites, universities, offline job postings, internal job postings and recommend the most efficient source for different vacancies
  • Participate in job fairs at various universities/ colleges as well as any recruitment event that leads to better employer branding and development of an extensive CV database
  • Screen, shortlist, and carry out preliminary interviews for candidates. Coordinate with commercial managers for second interviews and prepare interview assessment forms for hiring decision within set timelines.
  • Administer the application of recruitment testing and selection policies and programs and ensuring the implementation of equal opportunity principle
  • Periodically maintain job descriptions by coordinating with commercial / HR manager to keep abreast any changes in the duties and responsibilities of existing positions, and develop job descriptions for newly established positions
  • Carry onboarding plans across all departments guaranteeing a well-rounded induction for new hires
  • Update workforce plan and organizational chart periodically by capturing all changes in new hires, leavers, promotions, and transfers on the HR system
  • Prepare statistical reports regarding applicant flow, selection, promotions, transfers, terminations, and turnover and recommending remedial actions when needed

    Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge: 

    • Higher education in Business Administration and/or HR Management with a minimum 3 – 6 years of experience in HR role(s) in comparable business organizations
    • Written and verbal fluency in English
    • Computer literacy (HRIS & Windows Office)
    • Extensive knowledge in local labor law
